Delivery and first inspection
A paid product is delivered on ProAccs; the customer is never redirected to a supplier tracking page.
How delivery works
After payment confirmation, the order is processed and the delivered data plus a time-limited TXT link appear on ProAccs. Save the file promptly.
How to inspect
Start an uninterrupted screen recording before opening the file, do not edit the data, and follow the product instructions. Stop using the item and contact support if there is a problem.
What not to send support
Never send seed phrases, private keys, 2FA codes, or passwords for your own accounts. The order number, a description, and the first-inspection recording are enough.
